Ingredients
- 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
- 4 Tablespoons Italian Style Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoons Paprika
- 1 pound Chicken Breast, Boneless, Skinless
Method
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and spray baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a Ziploc bag, combine cheese, bread crumbs and paprika.
- Shake well.
- Tenderize chicken.
- Dip each breast in mixture to coat all sides.
- Place chicken on baking sheet and cook for 25 minutes.
