Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
  • 4 Tablespoons Italian Style Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 pound Chicken Breast, Boneless, Skinless

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and spray baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a Ziploc bag, combine cheese, bread crumbs and paprika.
  • Shake well.
  • Tenderize chicken.
  • Dip each breast in mixture to coat all sides.
  • Place chicken on baking sheet and cook for 25 minutes.
