Ingredients
- 14 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped basil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained and broken up
- 2 small kaiser rolls, split
- 4 slices tomatoes
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
Method
- In a bowl, stir together mayo, Parmesan, basil and lemon juice.
- Gently squeeze tuna to remove excess moisture and add it to the bowl.
- Stir with a fork.
- Lightly toast rolls.
- Slather tuna over bottom halves.
- Top with tomato slices and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Brush olive oil over the cut sides of tops and replace.
