Ingredients
- 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
- 1 small onion
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Method
- Before baking, mix 1 cup corn flakes with 1/4 cup butter. Sprinkle on top and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
