Ingredients

  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 sticks melted margarine
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 4 c. fresh sliced peaches
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 tsp. peach Jell-O
  • 1 c. water

Method

  • Mix first 3 ingredients and spread in pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Let cool.
  • Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip until smooth and spread on cooled crust, then layer peaches and top with the following.
  • Mix 1 cup sugar, 4 tablespoons flour and 4 tablespoons peach Jell-O.
  • Stir in water and cook over medium heat until thick and clear.
  • Will need to boil a few minutes.
