Ingredients
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 2 sticks melted margarine
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 4 c. fresh sliced peaches
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 4 tsp. peach Jell-O
- 1 c. water
Method
- Mix first 3 ingredients and spread in pan.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip until smooth and spread on cooled crust, then layer peaches and top with the following.
- Mix 1 cup sugar, 4 tablespoons flour and 4 tablespoons peach Jell-O.
- Stir in water and cook over medium heat until thick and clear.
- Will need to boil a few minutes.
