Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 1/4 oz. regular vanilla pudding
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (20 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. peach juice
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Method

  • Grease a 9 x 10-inch pie plate.
  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Combine in bowl the milk, flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla pudding, butter and egg.
  • Beat for two minutes at medium speed.
  • Spread this mixture into pie pan.
  • Arrange sliced peaches on top in a circle.
