Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 2 c. pecan halves
Method
- Beat egg white until soft peak forms.
- Beat in brown sugar and vanilla gradually.
- Fold in pecan halves & place on a greased cookie sheet in single layers.
- Bake in 250 degree oven for 30 minutes.
- Turn off heat and allow to cool in oven for 30 minutes. Break pecans apart and store in air tight container.
