Ingredients
- 1/2 c. light brown sugar, packed
- 3/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1/4 c. soft margarine
- 3-4 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. corn syrup
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. sweet milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 9 inch, deep pie shell
Method
- Mix everything (except pecans) thoroughly, then stir in pecans.
- Bake at 400° for 30 minutes or 325° for 1 hour.
