Ingredients
- 1 gal. tomatoes
- 4 to 5 cloves garlic
- 4 to 5 hot peppers
- 5 to 6 medium onions
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. ice cream salt
Method
- Grind garlic, peppers and onions in meat grinder.
- Cook tomatoes and other vegetables together with sugar and salt until it thickens as you like your sauce, stirring constantly.
- Put in hot jar and seal.
- Put sealed jars in hot water bath for 5 minutes. Make sure they are sealed.
