Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 3 pkg. instant pudding
  • 4 c. milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
  • shredded coconut

Method

  • Bake in greased and floured 15 x 10-inch pan, according to cake directions.
  • Let cool.
  • Drain pineapple well.
  • Spread on top of cake.
  • Whip together milk, cream cheese and packages of pudding.
  • Spread mixture over (cake) pineapple on cake.
  • Let set up a little.
  • Spread Cool Whip over pudding mixture.
  • Sprinkle with coconut.
