Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 3 pkg. instant pudding
- 4 c. milk
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
- shredded coconut
Method
- Bake in greased and floured 15 x 10-inch pan, according to cake directions.
- Let cool.
- Drain pineapple well.
- Spread on top of cake.
- Whip together milk, cream cheese and packages of pudding.
- Spread mixture over (cake) pineapple on cake.
- Let set up a little.
- Spread Cool Whip over pudding mixture.
- Sprinkle with coconut.
