Ingredients
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1/2 large container Cool Whip (16 oz.)
- 2 pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix
- 2 1/4 c. milk
Method
- Mix the margarine, granulated sugar and flour together until crumbly.
- Add nuts.
- Pack into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes in a 350° oven.
- Cool.
- Mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy.
- Add the Cool Whip.
- Spread on top of baked mixture.
