Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 large container Cool Whip (16 oz.)
  • 2 pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix
  • 2 1/4 c. milk

Method

  • Mix the margarine, granulated sugar and flour together until crumbly.
  • Add nuts.
  • Pack into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  • Bake for 20 minutes in a 350° oven.
  • Cool.
  • Mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy.
  • Add the Cool Whip.
  • Spread on top of baked mixture.
