Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 can 5 Oz. Can Evaporated Milk
  • 2 cups White Sugar
  • 2 packages (3.4 Oz. Package) Pistachio Pudding Mix
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 package (12 Oz. Package) White Baking Chips
  • 1 package (7 Oz. Package) Marshmallow Creme
  • 1/2 cups Chopped Nuts (optional)

Method

  • Line a 9-inch square pan with foil. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in milk, sugar, and pudding mix. Bring to a boil, whisking constantly. Continue boiling while whisking for 4 minutes, until mixture reaches 234 degrees, or soft-ball stage. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, baking chips, marshmallow creme and nuts. The mixture will be thick. Pour into the foil-lined pan and cool.
