Ingredients

  • pizza dough to fit 10 to 14-inch pan
  • olive oil or pesto sauce
  • 6 to 7 fresh plum tomatoes, sliced
  • 6 oz. sliced pepperoni
  • cooked sausage or julienned Prosciutto (choose 1 meat)
  • 1 thinly sliced green pepper
  • 1 thinly sliced red pepper
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and sliced
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 10 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Roll out dough and stretch onto 14-inch pan.
  • Brush with olive oil or pesto.
  • Arrange tomatoes, meat, peppers and artichoke hearts evenly over pizza.
  • Season with oregano, salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle cheese evenly over pizza.
  • Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes.
