Ingredients
- 3 lb. ground chuck
- 1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 qt. Ragu spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
Method
- Brown ground chuck in skillet and drain off fat; cool.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Spread on split semi-hard rolls or buns.
- Bake at 350° for about 10 minutes, until bubbly.
- Serve immediately.
