- 1 (No. 303) can small peas
- 1 (No. 303) can white shoe peg corn
- 1 (No. 303) can French style green beans
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 3/4 c. cooking oil
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Heat oil, vinegar and sugar in pan and boil.
- Cool mixture. Add salt and pepper and pour over drained vegetables.
- Refrigerate, will keep for several days.
