- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 lg. onion (minced)
- 1 (17 ounce.) can purple plums
- 1 (6 ounce.) can frzn lemonade (thawed)
- 1/2 c. bottled chili sauce
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. mustard
- 1 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 2 drops Tabasco sauce
- Fajita meat, round steak cut in strips if shirt steak not available
Method
- Heat butter and saute/fry minced onion.
- Puree plums using syrup.
- Add in plums and remaining ingredients (except meat) and simmer for 15 min.
- Baste Fajita meat and cook in open pit till done.
