Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 lg. onion (minced)
  • 1 (17 ounce.) can purple plums
  • 1 (6 ounce.) can frzn lemonade (thawed)
  • 1/2 c. bottled chili sauce
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp. mustard
  • 1 teaspoon grnd ginger
  • 2 drops Tabasco sauce
  • Fajita meat, round steak cut in strips if shirt steak not available

Method

  • Heat butter and saute/fry minced onion.
  • Puree plums using syrup.
  • Add in plums and remaining ingredients (except meat) and simmer for 15 min.
  • Baste Fajita meat and cook in open pit till done.
