Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1 egg (unbeaten)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. dates, cut up
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Put ingredients in pan and cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from stove.
- Add 1/2 cup nuts and 2 cups Rice Krispies.
- Cool until able to handle and form into balls.
- Roll in coconut.
