Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops, cut 3/4" thick
  • 1 pkg. Stove Top mix for pork
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 6 peach halves, 1 pound can liquid removed
  • 1/3 c. currant jelly

Method

  • Brown pork chops in 9"x13" pan for 40 min in 400 degree oven.
  • Meanwhile, prepare stuffing mix according to package directions.
  • Remove chops from oven and drain off fat.
  • Place stuffing fold in bottom of pan.
  • Place chops on stuffing mix.
  • Sprinkle with salt, place peach halves on top of chops, hollow side down.
  • Cover and bake 25 min at 325 degrees.
  • Before serving, turn peach halves over and spoon on currant jelly.
