Ingredients

  • 3 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 12 cup soy sauce
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 14 teaspoon msg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 12 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 12 cup scallion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Method

  • Mix together soy sauce, sugar, MSG, garlic powder, and ground ginger.
  • Place pork tenderloin in glass baking dish and pour sauce over it.
  • Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight, turning a couple of times.
  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F, cover baking dish with glass lid or aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours.
  • Put marinade in bowl, cut meat, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
