Ingredients
- 3 lbs pork tenderloin
- 12 cup soy sauce
- 12 cup sugar
- 14 teaspoon msg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon ground ginger
- 12 cup scallion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Method
- Mix together soy sauce, sugar, MSG, garlic powder, and ground ginger.
- Place pork tenderloin in glass baking dish and pour sauce over it.
- Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight, turning a couple of times.
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F, cover baking dish with glass lid or aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours.
- Put marinade in bowl, cut meat, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
