Ingredients
- 2 Potatoes
- 3 Green peppers
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp Cooking sake
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 dash Salt (or Shio-Koji)
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
Method
- Mince garlic and cut green pepper and potato into thin strips.
- Soak the potato strips in water.
- Heat sesame oil in the frying pan and add garlic.
- Fry until fragrant.
- Drain the potato strips well.
- Add to the frying pan and stir fry until transparent.
- Add green pepper and ingredients, and taste.
