Ingredients
- 3 medium potatoes, pared and cut in julienne strips
- 2 medium apples, cored and chopped (2 c.)
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. bias cut celery
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Heat oil in skillet; add potatoes and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Add apple, onion and celery.
- Stir until coated.
- Cover and cook about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle cheese over.
- Serve.
