- 2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
- 2 1/2 oz. can sliced mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. onions, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. carton sour cream
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- pepper to taste
Method
- Mix together, reserving part of cheese to sprinkle on top. Put in greased casserole and bake 40 minutes at 350°.
