- 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 c. diced onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes
Method
- Thaw potatoes for 30 minutes.
- Mix with rest of ingredients, except breadcrumbs.
- Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
- Cover with breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes.
- Bake 15 minutes longer.
