Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon
- 1/4 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. mustard seed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Method
- Fry bacon and crumble.
- In drippings; add onion and celery and cook until tender.
- Stir in potatoes, water and mustard. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and cook 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Add milk and soup; reheat but do not boil.
- Add bacon and serve.
