Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 2 stalks celery
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 6 c. milk
Method
- Wash, peel and dice potatoes, onion and celery.
- Add just enough water to cover vegetables.
- Cook until they're barely soft enough to pierce with a fork.
