Ingredients

  • one cup praline pecans
  • one cup large strawberries-quartered
  • field greens
  • basalmic vinegar
  • olive oil
  • French's honey mustard
  • garlic
  • Splenda
  • sugar
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • (optional: hearts of palm)

Method

  • in a large bowl put 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 Tbsp French's honey mustard, 3 Tbsp Splenda, 3 Tbsp sugar, 3 Tbsp olive oil and mix. Add 2 Tbsp. basalmic vinegar and mix. Add praline pecans, strawberries, mixed greens and toss. Serve. (Add hearts of palm-cut lengthwise, if desired.)
