Ingredients
- one cup praline pecans
- one cup large strawberries-quartered
- field greens
- basalmic vinegar
- olive oil
- French's honey mustard
- garlic
- Splenda
- sugar
- dash of salt and pepper
- (optional: hearts of palm)
Method
- in a large bowl put 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 Tbsp French's honey mustard, 3 Tbsp Splenda, 3 Tbsp sugar, 3 Tbsp olive oil and mix. Add 2 Tbsp. basalmic vinegar and mix. Add praline pecans, strawberries, mixed greens and toss. Serve. (Add hearts of palm-cut lengthwise, if desired.)
