Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1/2 tsp. sugar (needed for yeast to rise)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 1/2 c. flour
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- coarse salt
Method
- Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.
- Add flour and salt and knead for 6 minutes.
- Cover the dough and let it rise in a greased pan until it doubles in size.
