Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt
- 12 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 18 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tablespoon pecans, chopped, plus 1 Teaspoon
Method
- Combine well the first 4 ingredients in a bowl.
- Spoon into 2 chilled dessert dishes and sprinkle with the pecans.
- Serve.
