Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 carrot, finely minced
- 1 celery stalk, finely minced
- 1 onion, finely minced
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- dash of beef bouillon crystals or 1 bouillon cube
- dash of oregano
- dash of parsley
- 1 can tomatoes, crushed
Method
- Cook carrot, onion, celery and garlic in small amount of olive oil until tender.
- Add ground beef and cook until brown.
- Add tomatoes, oregano, parsley and bouillon.
- Stir all together and cook on low heat for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
