Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 carrot, finely minced
  • 1 celery stalk, finely minced
  • 1 onion, finely minced
  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced
  • dash of beef bouillon crystals or 1 bouillon cube
  • dash of oregano
  • dash of parsley
  • 1 can tomatoes, crushed

Method

  • Cook carrot, onion, celery and garlic in small amount of olive oil until tender.
  • Add ground beef and cook until brown.
  • Add tomatoes, oregano, parsley and bouillon.
  • Stir all together and cook on low heat for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
