Ingredients
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 1 envelope Ranch salad dressing mix
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. milk
- 5 oz. sliced almonds, toasted
Method
- Let Cheddar cheese and cream cheese stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
- Combine salad dressing mix, mayonnaise and milk in mixer bowl; mix well.
- Add cream cheese; beat until smooth.
- Add Cheddar cheese; mix well.
- Chill, covered, in freezer for 30 minutes.
- Shape into ball; coat with almonds.
- Fat 16 grams total.
