Ingredients
- 2 small pkg. raspberry Jell-O
- 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. half and half
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 1 can blueberries
Method
- Dissolve 1 package raspberry Jell-O in 2 cups hot water.
- Pour in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Chill until firm.
- Soften unflavored gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.
- Place sugar and half and half in saucepan. Bring to boiling point.
- Remove from heat.
- Add softened gelatin and cream cheese.
- Beat at low speed until smooth.
- Add almonds. Let cool.
- Pour over firm raspberry layer.
- Chill until firm. Dissolve remaining raspberry Jell-O in 1 cup hot water.
- Add blueberries and juice.
- Let cool.
- Pour over cheese layer.
- Chill until firm.
