Ingredients

  • 2 small pkg. raspberry Jell-O
  • 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. half and half
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds
  • 1 can blueberries

Method

  • Dissolve 1 package raspberry Jell-O in 2 cups hot water.
  • Pour in 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Chill until firm.
  • Soften unflavored gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.
  • Place sugar and half and half in saucepan. Bring to boiling point.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add softened gelatin and cream cheese.
  • Beat at low speed until smooth.
  • Add almonds. Let cool.
  • Pour over firm raspberry layer.
  • Chill until firm. Dissolve remaining raspberry Jell-O in 1 cup hot water.
  • Add blueberries and juice.
  • Let cool.
  • Pour over cheese layer.
  • Chill until firm.
