Ingredients
- 1 can beef bouillon soup
- 1 large onion
- 1 c. rice
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 small can mushrooms
- dash of oregano
Method
- Saute onion in butter.
- Add rice and cook five minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add soup, 1 can of water and mushrooms. Place in a 2-quart casserole dish.
- Bake at 370°.
