Ingredients
- 8 to 12 small red potatoes (sliced in quarters)
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. Rosemary
- 2 to 4 Tbsp. Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 stick butter (optional)
- 1 large red onion sliced
Method
- Mix together.
- Coat sauce pan with baking spray.
- Cook over medium heat 25 - 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings.
