Ingredients
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. mustard seed
- 1 Tbsp. Liquid Smoke
- 3 Tbsp. Morton tender quick salt
- 1 tsp. peppercorns
Method
- Mix all ingredients.
- Roll 12 inches long in foil, shiny side out.
- Refrigerate 24 hours before baking.
- Poke holes in bottom of foil and bake on rack with water underneath 1 1/2 hours at 325°.
