Ingredients
- 4 (4 to 6 oz.) salmon fillets
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. butter margarine melted
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
- Fresh parsley sprigs and lemon slices for garnish
Method
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Season salmon with salt and pepper. Place fillets, skin-side down, in a lightly greased 9x13 inch pan. Combine mustard, butter and honey and brush over fillets.
- Mix bread crumbs, pecans and parsley.
- Spoon mixture evenly over fillets.
- Bake 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
- Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
