Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3 tsp. horseradish or 1 Tbsp. horseradish sauce
- 2 Tbsp. smoked barbecue sauce
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. pickle relish
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 4 chopped green onions (optional)
- 1 (16 oz.) can salmon or 1 to 2 cans tuna (6 1/2 oz. cans), drained and boned out
Method
- In large bowl, beat together cream cheese, horseradish, smoked barbecue sauce, lemon juice, pickle relish, chopped walnuts and chopped green onions.
- Add drained and boned salmon or tuna.
- Beat well.
- Put in covered dish and refrigerate until used.
- Spread on crackers, bread or vegetable slices.
