Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3 tsp. horseradish or 1 Tbsp. horseradish sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. smoked barbecue sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. pickle relish
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 4 chopped green onions (optional)
  • 1 (16 oz.) can salmon or 1 to 2 cans tuna (6 1/2 oz. cans), drained and boned out

Method

  • In large bowl, beat together cream cheese, horseradish, smoked barbecue sauce, lemon juice, pickle relish, chopped walnuts and chopped green onions.
  • Add drained and boned salmon or tuna.
  • Beat well.
  • Put in covered dish and refrigerate until used.
  • Spread on crackers, bread or vegetable slices.
