Ingredients
- 1 can salmon
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. fine meal
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
Method
- Open can of salmon and take out bones.
- Put in bowl and add flour, meal, salt and onions.
- Add just enough water to mix up good.
- Make patties and fry in hot cooking oil until brown.
- Drain on paper towel to get off excess oil.
