Ingredients
- 1 bushel tomatoes
- 2 c. onion
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 2 c. hot peppers
- 1 c. salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. white vinegar
Method
- Scald tomatoes and skin them.
- Combine all ingredients; simmer for
- hours.
- The
- last 10 minutes, add allspice and cinnamon. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
