Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef liver
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 carrot
  • 12 teaspoon beef bouillon
  • 12 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 12 cup cornmeal
  • 12 cup whole wheat flour

Method

  • Puree Liver, Eggs, Carrot, and Garlic Powder in a food processor.
  • Dump corn meal and flour into food Processor and mix well.
  • Pour into a foil lined greased or Pammed 9X9 baking pan.
  • Bake for 25 minutes @350F.
  • Slice into treat size strips.
  • If too wet bake for up to an additional 10 minutes.
  • Stores well in Refrig for up to 3 weeks.
