Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa powder
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 3 c. quick cooking oats
- 1/4 c. crunchy or smooth peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
Method
- In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, milk and margarine. Bring to a boil.
- Boil for 3 minutes.
- Stir in peanut butter and rolled oats.
- Return to a boil and remove from heat.
- Immediately drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper.
- Cool.
- Yields about 3 dozen.
