Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
- 1/2 c. green pepper, cut in thin strips
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
- 1/2 c. shredded carrots
Method
- Drain sauerkraut.
- Place in bowl and add remaining ingredients.
- Stir, seal and keep in refrigerator.
