Ingredients
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 large can sauerkraut, well drained
- 1 bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 to 1 c. celery, finely chopped
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- (A delicious, crunchy, cold salad and it doesn't taste at all like sauerkraut!)
