Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Hillshire Farms Sausage
  • 3/4 cup rice
  • 1 - 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 - 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
  • 1- 2 1/2 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 cup grated Swiss cheese

Method

  • Cut sausage in chunks, combine with next four ingredients in large skillet on medium heat. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in peas and mushrooms. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Simmer covered for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
