Ingredients
- 9 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 1 1/2 lb. sausage
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 9 slices white bread with crust trimmed and bread cubed
Method
- Brown sausage and drain.
- Beat eggs and add remaining ingredients.
- Mix.
- Stir in cheese and sausage.
- Put in 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
- Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight or 8 hours.
- Remove 1/2 hour before baking.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes.
