Ingredients
- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 soup can water
- 1 c. uncooked rice
Method
- Brown sausage; drain.
- Combine ingredients in a large bowl; stir gently to mix.
- Spoon into a 3-quart casserole.
- Cover and bake in a 325° oven for 2 hours.
- Yield:
- 10 to 12 servings.
