Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese or 2 cans nacho cheese soup
- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 1/4 c. Minute rice, uncooked (use 2 c. rice for 2 cans nacho cheese soup)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
Method
- Brown sausage in a skillet and saute onion and bell pepper. (I saute mine with the sausage.)
- Drain grease off and mix with soups and rice.
- Bake in a covered casserole at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
- Uncover for last 10 minutes to brown.
