Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh pork sausage
- 18 ounce. pkg. stuffing bread
- 3/4 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
Method
- Mix all together and make into balls.
- Bake in deep cake pan, covered at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour, turn and cook 1/2 hour longer.
