Ingredients
- 4 center cut pork chops
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 medium onion, sliced
- salt, pepper and onion salt to taste
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Wash meat in cold water and pat dry. In small bowl, mix mustard, catsup and vinegar.
- Season chops with salt, pepper and onion salt.
- Place in shallow baking pan.
- Spread the mustard mixture over the chops.
- Cover the chops with onion rings.
- Bake, uncovered, in oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
