Ingredients
- 1 lb. diced onions
- 1 lb. diced potatoes
- pepper and salt to taste
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 lb. shrimp or scallops, cleaned (use whichever you prefer)
- shake of hot pepper
- 1 Tbsp. bacon drippings
Method
- Start with bacon drippings, onions and potatoes and add enough water to cover.
- Cook until tender.
- Add tomato soup, raw shrimp or scallops and season to taste and cook about 5 to 10 minutes, until seafood is done.
