- 3 large eggs
- 34 cup purple puree
- 1 cup water
- 14 cup wheat germ
- 1 (18 ounce) box chocolate cake mix
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a cake pan (then lightly flour) or line muffin tin with muffin cups.
- Mix eggs, Purple Puree, water, and dry ingredients.
- Mix on low for 30 seconds, then increase to medium for another 2 minutes.
- Pour batter into cake pan or muffin tins.
- Bake cake for 33 to 36 minutes or cupcakes for 18 to 21 minutes.
