Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, lightly toasted and cut lengthwise into medium dice (about 6 cups)
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, roughly chopped
  • 3 teaspoons dried red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup parsley, roughly chopped
  • Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
  • 2 1/2 pounds skirt steak, cut into 4 to 6 pieces
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon coriander
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper, freshly cracked
  • kosher salt, to taste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Method

  • While the fire in your grill heats up, combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss well.
